Coach Matt Scheipeter is a husband and father of 4 amazing kids. Matt met his wife Cassie in College and have been married for 10 years. Matt is quick to Coach all of his children in as many sports as possible. With 3 girls and 1 boy, he spends a lot of time in gymnastics, basketball, soccer and baseball.

Coach Matt is 2nd generation contractor turned consultant. Raised in a family-owned construction company in St. Louis, Matt was on his first roof tearing off and installing shingles as early as 12 years old. being on the jobsite between soccer, basketball and baseball was standard sport "conditioning".

From a young age, Matt was always determined to find the best and most effecient ways to get projects done.

Matt went to Benedictine on a soccer and academic scholarship to college, competed as a 4 year starter and multi year captain and graduated from with 2 college degrees in secondary education and exercise science.

after graduation, Matt spent 7 years in personal training, surgical sales, consulting and coaching.

Matt entered back into the construction industry and moved to Texas in 2017 to join Redbird Roofing as a Commercial Estimator. Matt was fortunate to receive excellent training and mentorship through experienced team members, manufacturer reps and distributors. within just a few quick years the team was having a lot of success in the commercial roofing space. Coach Matt now lives in Overland Park, KS and has continued to evolve in the roofing space for the last decade and is looking to pass along his skills, knowledge, network and tactics to estimating, selling and installing commercial roofing projects.
